All ticket sales are final.
Tickets are only valid if purchased through the official event organizers or authorized ticketing partners.
Tickets may not be duplicated, altered, or resold without prior written permission from the organizers.
A valid ticket (printed or digital) must be presented for entry.
The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, offensive, or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry may be subject to security screening.
This is a formal Black Tie event.
Guests are required to adhere to the prescribed dress code. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to attendees who are not appropriately dressed.
The event is strictly for guests aged 18 years and older unless otherwise stated.
Valid identification may be required upon entry.
Tickets are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or if the event is cancelled by the organizers.
If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the new date unless otherwise communicated.
Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance, late arrival, or failure to comply with the event rules.
Tickets may only be transferred with prior approval from the event organizers before the specified transfer deadline, where applicable.
The organizers reserve the right to request identification from the ticket holder.
The organizers reserve the right to change the event date, venue, programme, entertainment, seating arrangements, or speakers without prior notice if circumstances require.
Such changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.
By attending the event, guests consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.
Images and recordings may be used by the organizers for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes without compensation.
Every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate dietary requirements communicated in advance.
The organizers cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment and accept no liability for allergic reactions.
Alcohol will only be served to guests of legal drinking age.
The organizers reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest who appears intoxicated or behaves irresponsibly.
Guests attend the event at their own risk.
The organizers are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought to the event.
The organizers shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense incurred as a result of attending the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
The organizers shall not be liable for cancellation, postponement, or interruption of the event due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or acts of God.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow attendees, staff, performers, and venue personnel.
Harassment, discrimination, violence, illegal substances, weapons, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal without refund.
Personal information collected during ticket purchases will be used solely for event administration and communication in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
The purchase, possession, or use of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The organizers reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where necessary.
