TICKETS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Event Details

2. General
- By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the venue rules and Computicket’s standard Terms and Conditions.
- Tickets are sold via Computicket online, at Computicket outlets, and via authorised agents only. Tickets purchased from unauthorised resellers may be invalid.
- The Organiser reserves the right to amend the line-up, programme, times, venue layout, or any aspect of the event without prior notice, where necessary.
3. Ticket Validity & Entry
- Each ticket admits one (1) person only, unless otherwise stated.
- Tickets must be presented in printed or electronic format, with a valid ID if requested.
- Tickets are valid for the date and event specified only. No duplicate tickets will be issued.
- Damaged, defaced, or illegible tickets may be refused entry.
- The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or to remove any person from the venue for non-compliance with these Terms, venue rules, or for unruly or illegal behaviour, without refund.

4. Age Restrictions

5. Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations
- All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be made, except as provided for in these Terms.
- In the event of cancellation of the event, refunds will be processed in accordance with Computicket’s refund policy and will exclude booking fees, handling fees, and delivery charges, unless otherwise stated.
- In the event of postponement, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, a refund may be offered in accordance with Computicket’s policy.
- If the event is cancelled due to force majeure, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disaster, government restriction, pandemic, war, or civil unrest, the Organiser will not be liable beyond the face value of the ticket.
- No refunds will be given for line-up changes, late arrival, or early departure.
6. Prohibited Items & Conduct
- The following are strictly prohibited: illegal substances, weapons, fireworks, glass bottles, own braai stands / fires [unless permitted in designated Bring & Braai zones], professional cameras / recording equipment without accreditation, drones, laser pointers, and any item deemed dangerous by Security.
- The Organiser reserves the right to search bags, containers, and persons upon entry.
- Illegal, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour will result in removal from the venue without refund.
- Bring & Braai items are only permitted in designated areas and must comply with venue fire and safety rules. No open fires outside designated braai areas.
7. Alcohol & Drugs
- Alcohol will not be sold to persons under the age of 18. Valid ID may be required.
- No illegal drugs are permitted. Offenders will be removed and handed over to law enforcement.
- The Organiser promotes responsible drinking. Intoxicated persons may be refused entry or removed.
8. Health, Safety & Security
- By attending, you consent to reasonable security checks, including walk-through metal detectors and bag searches.
- You must comply with all instructions from Event Staff, Security, Medical Personnel, and the Event Safety Officer.
- In case of emergency, follow the directions of event staff and proceed to the nearest emergency assembly point.
- The event will take place outdoors. Please dress appropriately for weather conditions. The event will proceed rain or shine, unless deemed unsafe by the Event Safety Officer or JOC.
9. Photography, Video & Media
- By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded. The Organiser may use such material for promotional purposes without compensation.
- Personal photography is permitted for private use only. Commercial use, broadcasting, or live streaming of performances without prior written consent is prohibited.
10. Liability
- Attendance is at your own risk. The Organiser, venue, Computicket, sponsors, and their employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from attendance, except to the extent caused by their gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
- The Organiser will not be liable for loss or damage to personal property, vehicles, or valuables.
- You indemnify the Organiser against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your conduct at the event.
11. Weather & Force Majeure
- The event is subject to weather conditions. In the event of extreme weather that poses a safety risk, the Organiser, in consultation with the JOC and Event Safety Officer, may delay, suspend, or cancel the event.
- No refunds will be issued for weather-related delays or temporary suspension.
12. Parking & Transport
- Parking is available at [Insert details] at your own risk. The Organiser accepts no liability for loss or damage to vehicles or property.
- Please use designated drop-off and pick-up points and follow the instructions of traffic marshals.
13. Computicket Specific Terms
- All tickets are subject to Computicket’s Terms and Conditions of Sale, booking fees, and refund policies.
- Computicket acts as the ticketing agent on behalf of the Organiser and is not liable for the event itself, its cancellation, or its content.
