Summer Fiesta Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

- "Event" refers to the birthday celebration booked at Summer Fiesta.

- "Client" refers to the person booking the Event.

- "Guests" refers to the attendees of the Event.

- "Venue" refers to the place booked for Summer fiesta.

2. Booking and Payment

- Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or cash.

-You can buy your tickets at your nearest Shoprite or any store that has a computicket box office.

3. Event Details

- The Client must provide final headcount and event details 7 days prior to the Event date.

- Any changes to the Event details must be approved by the Venue in writing.

4. Conduct and Behavior

- The Client and Guests must conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner.

- The Venue reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any person deemed disorderly or intoxicated.

5. Liability and Indemnity

- The Client indemnifies the Venue against any damages, losses, or claims arising from the Event.

- The Venue is not liable for any injuries or damages sustained during the Event.

6. Intellectual Property

- The Venue retains all intellectual property rights to its branding, marketing materials, and Event concepts.

7. Photography and Videography

- The Venue reserves the right to take photographs and videos during the Event for marketing purposes.

- The Client and Guests consent to being photographed and videotaped.

8. Force Majeure

- The Venue is not liable for any Event cancellations or disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions).

9. Governing Law

- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, specifically the province of Gauteng, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Gauteng Division of the High Court of South Africa.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

- The Venue reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

11. Acceptance

- By booking the Event, the Client acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
