Basadi Ka Moriri Hair Festival Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

  • The Basadi Ka Moriri Hair Festival ("Event") is organized by Sekete Films Production & Way Forward Production.

  • The Event will take place on 28th September 2024 at Meadowlands Primary School.

  • By attending or participating in the Event, attendees agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Ticket Purchase and Entry

  • Tickets must be purchased in advance and presented at the entrance.

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Attendees must carry a valid ID for verification purposes.

3. Health and Safety

  • Attendees must comply with all health and safety regulations.

  • The Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual who appears to be intoxicated, behaving inappropriately, or posing a risk to others.

  • In the case of an emergency, follow the instructions of the Event staff and emergency services.

4. Code of Conduct

  • All attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards others.

  • Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

  • The Event organizers reserve the right to remove any individual who violates this code of conduct.

5. Personal Belongings

  • Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings.

  • The Event organizers are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

6. Photography and Media

  • By attending the Event, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by the Event organizers.

  • The Event organizers reserve the right to use any photographs, videos, or recordings for promotional purposes.

7. Vendors and Exhibitors

  • Vendors and exhibitors must register in advance and comply with all Event regulations.

  • The Event organizers reserve the right to approve or reject vendor applications.

  • Vendors are responsible for their own setup, security, and sales transactions.

8. Liability

  • The Event organizers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during the Event.

  • Attendees participate in the Event at their own risk.

9. Amendments

  • The Event organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

  • Any changes will be communicated to attendees via email or the Event website.
