Terms and Conditions

BARCADI FEST 2026 – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Entry is strictly restricted to persons 18 years and older. Valid identification may be requested upon entry.

2. Tickets purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.

3. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, unsafe, intoxicated, or offensive without refund.

4. No outside alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, or dangerous objects will be permitted on the premises.

5. Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the venue.

6. Cooler boxes and camp chairs are permitted; however, the organiser reserves the right to inspect all items brought onto the premises.

7. Attendees enter the venue at their own risk. The organiser, venue, sponsors, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage to property, injury, or death arising from attendance at the event.

8. The organiser reserves the right to conduct security searches upon entry.

9. By entering the event, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation.

10. The event programme, artists, DJs, and performance schedule may be subject to change without prior notice.

11. Parking is provided at the attendee’s own risk. The organiser accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to vehicles or belongings.

12. Tickets must be presented upon arrival and may be scanned for verification.

13. The organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions where necessary for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

14. Management’s decision regarding admission, conduct, and event operations shall be final.
