Refund policy
Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that Bacardi Fest: New Wave Vol. 1 is canceled by the organizers, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders. This refund will be processed minus any applicable processing fees. Event Rescheduling: If the event is rescheduled to another date, ticket holders will have the option to: Use their current ticket for the new date (subject to availability). Request a refund (minus applicable fees) if they are unable to attend the new date. Please Note: No Refunds for Attendees Who Cannot Attend: If you are unable to attend the event for any reason (illness, change of plans, etc.), tickets will not be refunded or exchanged. Non-Transferable Tickets: Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold for refund purposes.
Parking
1. Parking Availability Limited Parking: On-site parking is available at the venue but is limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Designated Parking Areas: All attendees are required to park in designated parking areas as directed by event staff and signage. 2. Pricing Parking Fees: Parking is available for a flat fee of [Insert Amount] for the duration of the event. Payment: Payment for parking must be made at the entrance of the parking lot (cash or card, depending on availability). 3. Priority Access: Accessible parking spaces will be prioritized for those with valid permits and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. 7. Parking Lot Closing Event End: Please note that all parking areas will close approximately 1 hour after the event ends. Vehicles left after this time may be subject to additional fees or towing.
