Event Terms and Conditions

1. Event Details

- Event Name: Bantu Kraal Emporium Launch party

- Event Date: 10 December 24

- Event Time: 17h30 - 22h00

- Event Location: Newtown Junction Mall, Bantu Kraal Emporium, Second Floor.

2. Ticketing and Admission

- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

- Tickets must be presented upon entry to the event.

- Admission to the event is subject to capacity and availability.

3. Age Restrictions

- The event is open to attendees of age range 13+.

• Ticket may be required for entry.

• No ticket, no entry.

4. Prohibited Items

- The following items are prohibited from the event: [weapons].

- Confiscation of prohibited items may occur.

5. Behavior and Conduct

- Attendees must behave in a respectful and considerate manner.

- Any form of harassment, discrimination, or anti-social behavior will not be tolerated.

6. Liability and Indemnity

• Bantu Kraal Emporium and venue management are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event.

- Attendees indemnify the event organizers and venue management against any claims or demands arising from their attendance.

7. Photography and Recording

- The event may be photographed, recorded, or live-streamed.

- Attendees consent to being filmed or photographed and grant permission for the use of their image or likeness.

8. Changes and Cancellations

- The event organizers reserve the right to change or cancel the event without notice.

- In the event of cancellation, ticket refunds will be processed.

9. Governing Law

- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa
