BAMBINOS PENS DOWN – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Tickets are valid only for Bambinos Pens Down taking place on 28 November 2026 at Nelson Mandela Sports Ground.

2. The ticket price is R150 per child.

3. All children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible parent, guardian or adult throughout the event.

4. Parents and guardians remain responsible for the safety, behaviour and supervision of children in their care at all times.

5. Entry to the event is subject to the presentation of a valid ticket.

6. Lost, stolen or damaged tickets may not be replaced, subject to Computicket's applicable ticketing policies.

7. No cash refunds will be provided for unused tickets, except where required by applicable law or under Computicket's applicable refund policies.

8. Event activities, entertainment, performers and schedules may be changed, delayed or cancelled where reasonably necessary.

9. Entry to specific activities may be subject to age, height, safety or capacity restrictions.

10. Parents and guardians must ensure that children follow all safety instructions provided by event staff and activity operators.

11. The organisers and activity providers may refuse participation in an activity where doing so is necessary for safety or operational reasons.

12. Food and refreshments will be available for purchase from designated food stalls.

13. The organiser may take photographs and video recordings during the event for promotional and marketing purposes. If you prefer that your child not be photographed or filmed, please inform the event organisers on arrival.

14. By attending the event, attendees agree to comply with venue rules, event rules and reasonable instructions from event staff and security personnel.

15. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour creates a safety risk or seriously disrupts the event.

16. No alcohol is permitted at the event venue. Attendees may not bring, consume or distribute alcoholic beverages on the event premises.
