Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions for ticket sales to the Bafokeng Women's Club charity music event:

1. Ticket Validity: All tickets are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual whose name is on the ticket.

2. Refund Policy: Ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled. In the case of cancellation, the face value of the ticket will be refunded.

3. Event Date and Time: The event will take place on the 25th of November 2023 at Lebone II College of the Royal Bafokeng, starting at 17:00. Attendees are advised to arrive on time.

4. Age Restriction: This event is open to all ages. Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

5. VIP Benefits: VIP ticket holders are entitled to VIP seating, complimentary finger foods, a selection of drinks, and preferred parking.

6. Security Measures: All attendees are subject to security checks upon entry. The event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person behaving inappropriately.

7. Photography and Filming: Photography and filming for personal use are allowed. However, professional recording equipment is prohibited without prior approval from the event organizers.

8. Lost or Stolen Tickets: The Bafokeng Women's Club is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Attendees are advised to keep their tickets in a secure place.

9. Event Modifications: The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event program, including performers and schedule, without prior notice.

10. Health and Safety: Attendees are required to adhere to any health and safety guidelines in place at the time of the event.

By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree to abide by these terms and conditions NOT limited to the above mentioned. The Bafokeng Women's Club reserves the right to update or modify these terms as needed.
