By purchasing or using a ticket for The Baddest Bash ("the Event"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
All tickets are sold through Computicket and are subject to availability.
A valid ticket is required for entry.
Tickets may not be duplicated, altered, or resold for commercial purposes without the written consent of the Event Organiser.
The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission if a ticket is found to be invalid, duplicated, or fraudulently obtained.
All ticket sales are final.
No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be provided except where required by applicable South African law.
In the event of cancellation by the Event Organiser, ticket holders will be informed of the applicable refund or rescheduling process.
The Event Organiser reserves the right to:
Change the venue, date, time, performers, entertainment, or programme where reasonably necessary.
Postpone or cancel the Event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, government restrictions, public safety concerns, or force majeure.
Entry is only permitted upon presentation of a valid ticket.
The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is considered unsafe, illegal, violent, abusive, intoxicated, or disruptive.
No refunds will be issued to persons refused entry or removed due to misconduct.
This Event is strictly for attendees aged 18 years and older.
Valid South African government-issued photo identification may be requested upon entry.
Anyone unable to provide acceptable identification may be denied entry without a refund.
Security searches may be conducted upon entry.
The following items may be prohibited:
Illegal drugs or controlled substances.
Weapons of any kind.
Dangerous objects.
Fireworks or explosives.
Any item considered hazardous by Event security.
The Event Organiser reserves the right to confiscate prohibited items or refuse admission where appropriate.
Attendees enter and attend the Event at their own risk.
The Event Organiser, venue, employees, contractors, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
Loss or theft of personal belongings.
Personal injury, illness, or death, except where caused by negligence as required by law.
Damage to personal property.
Attendees are responsible for their own conduct and personal possessions.
By attending the Event, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, videos, and audio recordings may be taken.
You grant the Event Organiser the right to use such recordings for promotional, marketing, advertising, social media, and other commercial purposes without compensation.
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, security, performers, and fellow guests.
Any person engaging in harassment, discrimination, fighting, vandalism, or unlawful conduct may be removed from the Event and reported to the relevant authorities.
Alcohol may only be consumed by persons legally permitted to do so.
The Event Organiser supports responsible drinking and reserves the right to refuse alcohol service or remove intoxicated individuals from the Event.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
The Event Organiser shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, governmental actions, or other unforeseen events.
Any personal information collected during the ticket purchasing process will be handled in accordance with applicable South African privacy laws and used only for purposes relating to the Event.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
