1. TICKET PURCHASES

All tickets are subject to availability. Early Bird tickets cost R40, General Admission tickets cost R70, and gate tickets cost R70, subject to availability. Only 50 gate tickets are planned to be available.

2. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Please confirm your availability before purchasing your ticket. Refunds and exchanges will be handled in accordance with applicable South African consumer protection laws. If the event is cancelled, postponed, or materially changed, the organiser will communicate the available options in accordance with applicable law.

3. ENTRY AND CONDUCT

All attendees must present a valid ticket upon entry. Attendees are expected to behave responsibly and respect other guests, staff, performers, and the venue. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove anyone engaging in dangerous, disruptive, or unlawful behaviour, subject to applicable law.

4. EVENT PROGRAMME

Performances, activities, and the event schedule may change when necessary. The organiser will communicate significant changes where reasonably possible.

5. COOLER POLICY

Coolers are permitted at the event. A R50 cooler fee applies after 22:00 (10:00 PM). All attendees must comply with venue rules and applicable laws.

6. DJ BATTLE AND COMPETITIONS

Participation in the DJ Battle and Best Dressed competition is subject to the organiser's rules and instructions. Competition requirements, judging procedures, and prize details will be communicated by the organiser. Competition decisions will be made fairly and consistently with the announced rules.

7. PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO RECORDING

Photography and video recording may take place during the event for promotional purposes. Attendees who do not wish to appear in identifiable promotional content should inform the event team. Images and recordings will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

8. SAFETY AND RESPONSIBILITY

All attendees must follow reasonable safety instructions from event staff and comply with applicable laws. The organiser does not exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

9. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. Please keep valuables secure and report lost property to the event team.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing a ticket or attending Backyard Bash, attendees acknowledge these terms and agree to comply with the event rules and applicable South African laws.
