Bookings: Full payment secures booking. No refunds unless event cancelled by organisers.
Event Changes: Programme may be adjusted due to weather, safety or operational requirements. Event may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
Liability: Attendees participate at own risk. Organisers, Riverbend Camp, and partners accept no liability for injury, loss, damage, or theft.
Activities: Participation in activities is voluntary and at own risk. Parents responsible for children.
Alcohol: No alcohol sold on premises. Bring your own refreshments. Responsible behaviour required.
Conduct: Respectful behaviour expected. Organisers reserve right to remove anyone causing disruption or damage without refund.
Business Championship: Judges' decisions final. Entry fees non-refundable.
Camping: Guests responsible for own equipment and belongings. Check-out as per programme.
Media: Photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes.
Pets: No pets allowed.
