TICKET PURCHASE & AGREEMENT

Please read these Ticket Terms ("Terms") carefully before purchasing. By purchasing, accepting, or using a ticket to this event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all tickets, wristbands, passes, and entry methods; whether physical or digital.

Faneto reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Please check back periodically for any changes.

MEDIA & IMAGE CONSENT

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that photos and video footage will be captured throughout the event. This content may be used by Faneto for marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes across our social media platforms or in any third-party publication.

You hereby grant Faneto (and its designees) the right to include your image, likeness, actions, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, film, webcast, stream, or other transmission made of, or at, the event; in any medium or context, including commercial and promotional use; without further authorisation.

COMMUNICATIONS & MAILING LIST

By purchasing a ticket, the email address used at checkout will be added to the Faneto mailing list. This list will be used to communicate any changes to the event, as well as future event marketing.

REFUND POLICY

All refund requests are subject to a fee based on when the request is submitted:

·      7 – 30 days before the event: 50% refund fee applies.

·      Less than 7 days before the event: 75% refund fee applies.

·      After the event has taken place: No refunds.

To request a refund, please email lilithatefu@gmail.com with your booking reference and reason for the request. Refund requests will only be processed via email.

ARTISTS & SET TIMES

All artist appearances and set times are subject to change without prior notice. Faneto will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant changes through our official channels.
