1. THE EVENT ORGANISERS The Event is organised by Skhosana's Garden. Reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate this Event at any time if it cannot be operated, conducted or completed as planned for any reason and, in the event of cancellation, substitute another in its place on a date and at a location determined by Skhosana's Garden, at its sole discretion. A refund may be provided if a ticket holder cannot attend the rescheduled date or location, at the discretion of Skhosana's Garden.
Parking
Skhosana's Garden will by all means try to maximize their security for Parking lots but No responsibility will be accepted for any lost, delayed or damaged vehicles or for actions or inactions by the Entrant (No expenses including without limitations travel and accommodation expenses incurred in connection with the Event will be paid by Skhosana's Garden.)
