Terms & Conditions Annual Art Exhibition Event
By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Tickets & Entry
All attendees must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) for entry.
Tickets are non-transferable without prior approval.
Children under 13 years must be accompanied by an adult.
2. Refunds & Cancellations
All ticket sales are final.
Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled or rescheduled by the organizers.
No refunds for no-shows or late arrivals.
3. Code of Conduct
Respect the space, the art, and fellow attendees.
Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
The organizers reserve the right to remove anyone from the premises for misconduct.
4. Photography & Filming
The event will be photographed and filmed for promotional purposes.
By attending, you consent to being filmed and photographed.
No flash photography or filming of artworks without the artist’s or organizer’s permission.
5. Health & Safety
Follow all safety guidelines as directed by staff or security.
Do not touch or damage artworks or installations unless clearly marked as interactive.
6. Parking & Venue Use
Parking is limited and at your own risk (see Parking Policy).
Please respect the venue’s property and any restricted areas.
7. Liability
The organizers and venue are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Attend and participate at your own risk.
8. Changes to the Program
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program, artists, or schedule at any time without prior notice.
