1. Event Details: This event takes place on 14 November 2026 at Scream Disco Night Club, Lusaka, Zambia. Doors open and performance times are subject to confirmation closer to the event date.
2. Tickets: All tickets are sold subject to availability. Ticket prices are as listed at time of purchase (Early Bird K250, Regular K350, VIP K500, VVIP K1,000) and are non-negotiable.
3. No Refunds or Exchanges: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where the event is cancelled outright by the organizers.
4. Event Changes: The organizers reserve the right to change the event lineup, schedule, or venue due to circumstances beyond their control (including but not limited to artist unavailability, force majeure, or safety concerns). Ticket holders will be notified of any material changes where possible.
5. Age Restriction: This is an adult event. Attendees must be 16 years or older. Valid government-issued ID may be required for entry verification.
6. Entry Requirements: A valid ticket (digital or printed) must be presented at the door. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced. Re-entry may not be permitted once you leave the venue.
7. Security & Prohibited Items: All attendees are subject to search upon entry. Weapons, illegal substances, outside food and beverages, and any items deemed hazardous by security are strictly prohibited. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person behaving in a manner that endangers themselves or others.
8. Photography & Recording: By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes and grant the organizers the right to use such footage without compensation.
9. Liability: The organizers, venue, and affiliated partners are not liable for any loss, injury, theft, or damage sustained before, during, or after the event, except where caused by proven negligence on their part.
10. Conduct: Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, performers, and fellow guests. Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue without refund.
11. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
