TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the event venue, all attendees agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. GENERAL

1.1. AMAPHOLAS SPRING FEST ("the Event") is hosted at Belavilla Resort, Bela-Bela.

1.2. The Event organisers reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

1.3. Entry to the Event constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. ADMISSION

2.1. A valid ticket is required for entry.

2.2. Tickets must be purchased through authorised ticketing platforms or approved sales outlets.

2.3. Attendees may be required to present identification upon entry.

2.4. The Event reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful.

2.5. No refunds will be issued to attendees removed from the Event due to misconduct.

3. AGE RESTRICTIONS

3.1. The Event is strictly for persons aged 18 years and older.

3.2. Valid identification may be requested at any time.

3.3. Underage attendees found on the premises may be removed without refund.

4. TICKETS AND REFUNDS

4.1. Tickets are non-refundable except where required by law.

4.2. Lost, stolen, damaged, or duplicated tickets will not be replaced.

4.3. Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain without written permission from the organisers.

4.4. The organisers reserve the right to cancel any ticket obtained through unauthorised means.

5. SECURITY AND SEARCHES

5.1. All attendees are subject to security screening and bag searches.

5.2. Refusal to comply with security procedures may result in denied entry.

5.3. Security personnel have the authority to confiscate prohibited items.

6. PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following items are not permitted:

- Firearms and weapons of any kind

- Illegal substances

- Glass bottles

- Fireworks or explosives

- Dangerous objects

- Laser pointers

- Drones without prior written approval

- Any item deemed dangerous by security personnel

The organisers reserve the right to confiscate prohibited items.

7. ALCOHOL POLICY

7.1. Alcohol may only be consumed in designated areas.

7.2. Alcohol will not be sold to persons under the age of 18.

7.3. Intoxicated persons may be denied entry or removed from the Event.

7.4. Attendees are encouraged to drink responsibly.

8. COOLER BOX POLICY

8.1. Cooler boxes may only be brought into the venue upon payment of the applicable cooler box fee.

8.2. The organisers reserve the right to inspect all cooler boxes.

8.3. Glass containers are strictly prohibited.

9. LIABILITY

9.1. Attendance at the Event is entirely at the attendee's own risk.

9.2. The organisers, Belavilla Resort, sponsors, partners, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be held liable for:

- Personal injury

- Loss of property

- Theft

- Damage to personal belongings

- Any indirect or consequential losses

9.3. Attendees are responsible for safeguarding their personal property.

10. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA

10.1. By entering the Event, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.

10.2. Event organisers may use photographs, videos, and recordings for promotional, marketing, and media purposes without compensation.

10.3. Attendees waive any rights to inspect or approve such material.

11. VEHICLES AND PARKING

11.1. Vehicles are parked entirely at the owner's risk.

11.2. The organisers and venue accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or their contents.

11.3. Attendees must comply with all parking instructions issued by event staff.

12. WEATHER CONDITIONS

12.1. The Event will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by organisers.

12.2. No refunds shall be issued due to weather-related interruptions beyond the reasonable control of organisers.

13. HEALTH AND SAFETY

13.1. Attendees must follow all health and safety instructions issued by event staff.

13.2. Emergency exits must remain unobstructed at all times.

13.3. Any person creating a safety risk may be removed from the Event.

14. EVENT CHANGES

14.1. The organisers reserve the right to alter the programme, artist lineup, schedule, venue layout, or event activities without prior notice.

14.2. Such changes shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

15. RIGHT OF ADMISSION RESERVED

The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the Event at their sole discretion where necessary to maintain safety, security, or the enjoyment of other attendees.
