Refund policy
Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances: - Full refund: Tickets are refundable up to 14 days prior to the event (20 Nov 2025). - 50% refund: Tickets are refundable between 14 days and 7 days prior to the event (27 Nov - 29 Nov 2025). - No refunds: No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the event (30 Nov 2025 onwards). - Event cancellation: In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued. All refund requests must be submitted via email to zwivhuyasshandukani@icloud.com
