Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except under the following conditions: Event Cancellation If the event is cancelled (i.e., it does not take place at all), a full refund will be processed automatically through Computicket. Please allow up to 7–14 working days for the refund to reflect. Postponement or Change of Venue : If the event is rescheduled to a new date or moved to a new venue, ticket holders will be notified via email or SMS. Tickets will remain valid for the new date/venue. If you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a refund within 7 days of the public announcement. No Refunds for No-Shows or Personal Reasons Refunds will not be issued if you fail to attend the event for personal reasons, including but not limited to: Transportation issues Illness or emergency, Late arrival resulting in denied entry, Weather Conditions: This is an outdoor event and will proceed rain or shine. No refunds will be issued due to weather, unless the event is cancelled for safety reasons. Ticket Transfers If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. Computicket may charge a small fee for ticket name changes.
