TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. DEFINITIONS
- "Event" means the ALL WHITE EXTRAVAGANZA event to be held at Umzimkhulu Hotel on the 16th of December
- "Organiser" means Umzimkhulu Hotel management team, the entity responsible for staging the Event.
- "Ticket" means entry permit to the Event.
- "Ticket Holder" means any person who purchases or holds a Ticket.
2. TICKET PURCHASE AND ENTRY
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any Ticket Holder who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- Ticket Holders must present their Ticket at the entrance to the Event to gain entry.
3. EVENT RULES
- Ticket Holders must comply with all instructions and directions given by Event staff and security personnel.
- Ticket Holders are responsible for their own safety and well-being at the Event.
- The Organiser reserves the right to remove any Ticket Holder who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or who engages in any behaviour that is deemed to be anti-social or disruptive.
4. LIABILITY
- The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any Ticket Holder, except to the extent that such loss, damage or injury is caused by the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of the Organiser.
5. PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING
- The Organiser reserves the right to photograph and record the Event, including but not limited to all performances, activities, and attendees.
- Ticket Holders consent to being photographed and recorded at the Event, and to the use of such photographs and recordings for promotional and marketing purposes.
6. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
- Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of the cancellation of the Event, in which case the Organiser shall refund the face value of the Ticket.
- The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event at any time, and to change the lineup, programming, and schedule of the Event without notice.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By purchasing a Ticket and attending the Event, Ticket Holders acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
