ALEX STANCE FINALE 2026 – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket or attending Alex Stance Finale 2026, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Entry and Tickets

  • All attendees must have a valid ticket where applicable.

  • Tickets must be presented at the entrance when requested.

  • Entry is subject to the organisers’ rules and venue capacity.

  • Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or where the organisers announce otherwise.

  • The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who violates event rules or creates a safety risk.

2. Vehicle Owners and Show Cars

  • All vehicles must be parked in designated areas and follow instructions from the parking team.

  • Dangerous driving, reckless behaviour, unauthorised racing, burnouts and excessive revving that creates a safety risk are prohibited.

  • Vehicle owners are responsible for their vehicles and personal belongings.

  • No vehicle may be moved in a restricted area without permission from event staff.

3. Safety and Conduct

  • All attendees must respect other guests, organisers, staff, performers and the venue.

  • Fighting, harassment, vandalism, theft and disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • Attendees must follow all safety instructions and lawful directions from event staff.

  • The organisers are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

4. Photography and Media

  • Photography and videography will take place throughout the event.

  • By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in event photographs, videos and promotional content published by Alex Finest 018, GXMER Apparel and authorised media partners.

  • If you have concerns about being featured, please speak to the organisers before filming or photography where reasonably possible.

5. Alcohol and Age Restrictions

  • Alcohol may only be purchased or consumed by persons legally permitted to do so.

  • Valid identification may be requested.

  • No alcohol may be supplied to persons under 18.

  • Attendees must drink responsibly and must not drive under the influence of alcohol.

  • The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or service to intoxicated individuals where necessary for safety.

6. Venue and Personal Responsibility

  • Attendees must respect the venue, its property and all facilities.

  • Any damage caused by an attendee may result in liability for the damage, subject to applicable law.

  • Attendees are responsible for their own conduct and must take reasonable care of their personal safety and belongings.

7. Event Changes or Cancellation

  • The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the programme, performers, schedule or event arrangements when necessary.

  • If the event is postponed or cancelled, ticket holders will be informed of the applicable arrangements in accordance with the law and the ticket provider’s policies.

8. General Conditions

  • All attendees must comply with applicable South African laws and venue regulations.

  • The organisers reserve the right to enforce these terms fairly and consistently.

  • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer rights or legal responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
