- "Event" refers to the book launch event, "Africa Can You Feel the Beat."

- "Organizer" refers to KhulumaAfrika SpeakAfrica

- "Ticket Holder" refers to the individual purchasing and/or holding the ticket.

*2. Ticket Purchase*

- Tickets are non-refundable, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

- Tickets are non-transferable.

- Ticket prices include applicable taxes.

- Event date, time, and location are subject to change.

- The Organizer reserves the right to alter the event program.

*4. Attendance*

- Ticket Holders must present their ticket and valid identification upon entry.

- The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission.

- The Organizer is not liable for damages or losses incurred during the event.

*6. Photography and Recording*

- The Organizer reserves the right to photograph and record the event.

*7. Cancellation*

- In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will receive a full refund.
