Terms and Conditions for Adulting Episode 1

1. Entry

- Entry to the party is by invitation/ticket only. No ticket, no entry.

- ID Required: All guests must present a valid ID at the entrance to verify their age (strictly 18+).

2. Cooler Boxes

- Guests are permitted to bring their own alcohol, but cooler boxes must be registered and paid for upon entry.

- Cooler boxes will be checked at the entrance for prohibited items (no glass bottles, illegal substances, or excessive amounts of alcohol).

- The organizers reserve the right to limit the amount of alcohol per cooler box.

3. Prohibited Items

- No weapons, illegal substances, or dangerous items are allowed. Any prohibited items will be confiscated and may result in removal from the event.

4. Alcohol Consumption

- Drink responsibly: Over-intoxicated guests will be asked to leave the event for their safety and the safety of others.

- Guests are responsible for their own alcohol consumption, and the organizers are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages caused by intoxication.

5. Pool Use

- Guests using the pool do so at their own risk. No lifeguard will be on duty.

- No swimming after consuming excessive amounts of alcohol. The organizers reserve the right to prevent guests from swimming if deemed unsafe.

- No glassware is permitted around the pool area.

6. Safety and Security

- Security personnel will be present at the event. Guests must comply with security checks and instructions.

- The organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We advise guests to keep personal belongings secure at all times.

- Any violent or aggressive behavior will result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.

7. Behavior and Conduct

- Respect the venue: Any damages caused to the property or venue will be the responsibility of the guest(s) involved. Guests may be charged for any repair or replacement costs.

- Respect other guests: Any form of harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the event.

- Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, security, and fellow party-goers at all times.

8. Event Photography and Filming

- By attending the event, guests consent to being photographed or filmed. These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes on social media and other platforms.

- If a guest does not wish to be photographed, they must notify the photographer or organizer.

9. Liability

- The organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event. Guests attend the event at their own risk.

- The organizers reserve the right to cancel or alter the event schedule without prior notice in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns).

10. Event End Time

- The event will end at 13 October 2024 12:00. Guests are expected to leave the venue quietly and respect the surrounding area, especially in residential zones.
