Tickets: Non-refundable and non-transferable.
Weather: The event will proceed rain or shine. The organizers reserve the right to delay, reschedule, or adjust activities due to weather conditions.
Health & Safety: Participation in activities is at your own risk. The organizers will not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, or medical expenses incurred.
Right of Admission Reserved: The organizers maintain the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
Prohibited Items: No weapons, illegal substances, or outside alcohol permitted. Cooler boxes allowed at R150 fee.
Hubbly: Permitted at the venue for a R50 fee.
Food & Drinks: Food will be sold inside the venue.
Personal Belongings: The organizers are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
