Tickets and Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances, including non-attendance.
Tickets are non-transferable unless approved by the event organizer.
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
The event will proceed as scheduled, regardless of weather conditions. Attendees are encouraged to prepare accordingly.
In the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., government restrictions, public safety emergencies), the organizer reserves the right to reschedule.
Liability Waiver
Attendees participate at their own risk. The organizer is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage occurring at the event.
Attendees are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings.
Code of Conduct
All attendees must behave responsibly and respectfully toward others and the event environment.
The organizer reserves the right to remove individuals who display disruptive behavior or violate event rules without a refund.
Photography and Media Release
By attending the event, attendees consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
Prohibited Items and Activities
Dangerous or illegal items are strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized selling, distribution, or promotion of goods is not permitted.
Force Majeure
The organizer will not be liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events outside their control, including but not limited to acts of nature, strikes, or other emergencies.
Venue and Safety
Attendees must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by event staff.
Damages caused by attendees to the venue or equipment will be charged to the individual(s) responsible.
