This event is organized and hosted by Idoline Swarts & TEAM (“the Organizer”). By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Ablaze is a Christian worship gathering. No alcohol, illegal substances, or intoxication will be permitted on the premises. The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any person not complying with this policy without refund.
This is an all-ages event.
Children are welcome.
All minors must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
The event takes place outdoors; attendees are responsible for dressing warmly and appropriately for weather conditions.
Parents/guardians accept full responsibility for the safety and supervision of their children.

The event may proceed in various weather conditions.
In the case of severe weather or circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control, the event may be:
Cancelled, or
Rescheduled, or
An alternative will be provided.
If changes occur, communication will be provided via official event platforms.
All ticket sales are final.
No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.
No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.
In the event of cancellation, the Organizer reserves the right to reschedule or provide an alternative arrangement.
Tickets may not be exchanged unless explicitly stated by the Organizer.
Independent food vendors may operate at the event.
The Organizer is not responsible for food quality, allergies, dietary reactions, or food-related illnesses.
Attendees purchase and consume food at their own risk.
Individuals with allergies are responsible for checking ingredients directly with vendors.
By attending Ablaze, you consent to:
Photography
Videography
Audio recordings
These may be used for marketing, promotional, social media, and future event purposes without compensation.
If you do not wish to appear in media coverage, you must notify the Organizer in writing prior to the event.
No formal security services are guaranteed at the event.
All attendees:
Attend at their own risk.
Are responsible for their personal belongings.
Accept full responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to property.
The Organizer will not be held liable for stolen, lost, or damaged items.
By attending the event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
You agree that the Organizer (Idoline Swarts), venue owners, volunteers, performers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for:
Personal injury
Illness
Death
Loss or damage to property
Any incident occurring before, during, or after the event
This includes incidents resulting from negligence, accidents, weather conditions, or the actions of other attendees.
Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from any claims arising from their attendance.
The Organizer reserves the right to:
Refuse entry
Remove disruptive individuals
Enforce event rules
No refunds will be provided in such cases.

The venue property
Disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
