Ticket Upgrade & Downgrade Policy:
Please note that once a General Access ticket has been purchased, guests who wish to upgrade to a VIP or Table Booking option may do so at their own discretion and responsibility. The event organizers are not liable or responsible for facilitating ticket upgrades or exchanges.
Guests may independently sell or transfer their General Access ticket to another attendee and then purchase a new ticket in their preferred category (VIP or Table Booking), subject to availability and applicable pricing.
Downgrades are not permitted once a VIP or Table Booking ticket has been purchased, it cannot be exchanged or converted to a lower-tier ticket such as General Access.
