By purchasing a ticket for "a Night With Lamiez-Holworthy" event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
• Ticket PurchaseAll ticket sales are final. Once a ticket is purchased, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.
• Event Changes
The event organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event lineup, schedule, or venue. Ticket holders will be notified of any significant changes.
• Entry Requirements
Entry to the event requires a valid ticket. E-tickets must be presented at the venue either printed or via a digital device. ID may be required for age-restricted events.
• Ticket Transferability
Tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial gain. Tickets found to be resold may be canceled without refund.
• Refunds & Cancellations
If the event is canceled, a full refund (excluding booking fees) will be issued to the original purchaser. If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
• Safety & Conduct
Attendees must comply with all venue and event rules. The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual for safety or behavioral concerns without refund.
• Liability
The organizer is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property while attending the event, except where required by law.
• Data Protection
By purchasing a ticket, you consent to your data being used for event-related communications and analytics. We will not share your personal data with third parties without consent.
• Photography & Media
The event may be recorded or photographed. By entering, you grant permission for your likeness to be used in promotional materials.
