About this event
Roc'W'Rug (RwR) is an outdoor music festival that aim to bring nothing short of entertainment by local, provincial and international stars as we close it up big by open the new year in style with live performance plus five minutes of fireworks between 00:05 then after we continue ushering the year in the groovy way.
Ticket are valid only at verify partner nor links and VIP tickets can be found only via WhatsApp or call the organization team 078 368 1251 to secure the very limited space and other terms will be updated on our social media handler @rugroupza FB, TikTok, X account plus YouTube channel and we looking forward into hosting you all.

Refund policy
There's no refunds unless we cancel the event on our fault.
Parking
There's pay-for-parking not reserve space from the parking lot and get charge per car entry is R200 all cars and VIP is inclusive of inside parking lot.
Tickets
R100 general ticket on both dates and VIP tables prices will be updated in due course.
Refreshments
On the 16/12 alcohol entry is free before 15:00 then after we charge per can payable at the check-point and 31/12 before 18:00 six pack of cans are allowed per person at no charge and then after a can will be R10 whereas a bottles are R100 though should be refill to none bottle holder, food will be sold inside the venue at an affordable prices.
Children
On the 16/12 accompany under 12 gets in for free before 12:00 and after is R50 per head though bundle of joy remain free all day and children site will partly close at 18:00, on the 31st Strictly no under 12 allowed and teens must be at an elder company.
Behavior Policy
We believe that we will all be having some thing goal and it doesn't involve disruptive of people's peace, so stick with what you came with from beers not limited to partners (if you didn't bring along your partner and you happen to see someone who looks like your partner don't disturb their peace) otherwise any sort of bad behavior we will deal with it in most special way.
Gate Policy
Entry gate open at 15:00 and we close entry at 21:00 for safety reasons
Live Performance
Live performance will be between 19:00/06:00 though from 15:00 during the day there will be mixes playing to activate the mood and will stop playing at 07:00 AM
Black Out
With due respect we don't have drunken sitter so no black out allowed otherwise we won't be held accountable for anything happens when you are out
