Event Rules

Age Restriction

• The event is strictly 18+.

Parking

• Parking is subject to availability.

• The LCA Entertainment management and the venue are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to vehicles or property in the parking area.

Gate Opening and Closing Times

• Gates will open at 19:00 until late.

• Re-entry will require a full security and ticket check.

• Drinks will be sold at the venue.

• Excessive drinking or disorderly behavior will not be tolerated.

Prohibited Items

• No weapons, sharp objects, fireworks, or hazardous items.

• No drones or aerial devices.

• No unauthorized sales.

• No outside catering unless approved by the organizers.

Behavior and Safety

• No fighting, harassment, or aggressive behavior. Offenders will be removed immediately without refund.

• Strictly no discrimination, hate speech, or violence toward staff, service providers, or other attendees.

• Be respectful — No attitude, be lekker!

• Guests must follow all safety instructions from staff and security.

Environmental Responsibility

• Respect the venue and surrounding environment.

• Any damage to property or vandalism will result in removal and financial liability.

Wristbands and Entry

• Wristbands must be worn at all times.

• Damaged wristbands will only be replaced when the damaged band and original ticket are presented at the main gate.

• No wristband = no entry or re-entry.

Photography and Media Rights

• By purchasing a ticket, attendees acknowledge and agree that the event organizers and affiliates may capture photographs or video footage during the event.

• Such media, which may include your image or likeness, may be used for marketing, promotional, and other business purposes without additional consent or compensation.

Ticket Usage Restrictions

• Tickets may not be used for personal promotions, competitions, or giveaways on personal or business platforms (including both print and social media).

• To run any giveaway or promotional campaign involving event tickets, written, signed permission from LCA Entertainment is required.

Ticket Policy

• All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except if the event is canceled by the organizers.

• The organizers are not responsible for fake or fraudulent tickets purchased through unauthorized resellers.

• By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree to all rules, which may be amended at the organizer’s discretion.

Liability and Disclaimer

• Computicket and the organizers are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses, damages, or injuries arising from ticket bookings or attendance (whether in contract, statute, or delict).

• Attendance is at your own risk.

• The organizers reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the event due to safety, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
