JunSixthin is an multiple sports code South African youth event that is hosted as a commemoration of "YOUTH DAY" doing so sportivily and the event feature "voted-in" under25 national sports tournament that currently feature soccer/netball as maineventers that have it's grand finale finals hosted on the 16/06 and in conclusion JunSixthin operates under the banner of RUGroup doing that to assume responsibility for the administration of the event this autonomy will ensures that we can act in the best interests while upholding the highest standards of fairness, transparency and professionalism, RUG holds exclusive rights to all commercial and audiovisual aspects of all the programmes this includes broadcasting, sponsorship, merchandise and other revenue-generating avenues doing so to enables the event to harness its full potential for revenue generation and reinvest in the continued growth of the event as a whole.

Refund policy
Following receipt of your booking cancellation or returned tickets, we will refund you the face value paid for the relevant tickets (or, if a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid), provided that reasonable cancellation charges as determined by the Event Organiser may be charged and deducted from such refund. Unless otherwise stipulated by the Event Organiser and depending on the prevailing circumstances the following cancellation charges may apply: - If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the event a 15% cancellation fee will apply; - If the cancellation occurs less than 30 but more than 7 days prior to the event a 50% cancellation fee will apply; - If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days prior to the event a 100% cancellation fee will apply; - Notwithstanding the aforesaid, if you can provide us with suitable documentary proof that a person in whose name a ticket was booked will not be able to attend the event because of his/her death and/or hospitalisation, no cancellation fee will apply in respect of the cancellation of such person's ticket.
Ticket refund policy
For the participating, prior festivals or grand finale tickets ain't no refunds unless we cancel the event on our own accord.
Parking
There will be a safe parking location at an extra fee in all our festivals stops and grand finale there is parking reserve for the participating teams.
Hospitality
The grand finale participating teams are to be fully covered in food, accomodations will be camp base for the surviving teams and grand finale all on us including transport to the hosting location.
Behavior
We will not tolerate any sick behavior from anywhere anytime and from anyone who wants to disrupt the peace of the event.
Winners purse
All prices won will be processed after the grand finale date 16 June
Takein or allowed items
Unless stated otherwise but food and beverage will be sold at affordable prices inside the venue price list will be updated.
