Jun16th Sportive is an multiple sports code South African youth event that is hosted as a commemoration of "YOUTH DAY" doing so sportivily and the event feature "Pay-for-entry" road running races covering 42KM, 21KM, 10KM and 5KM distances also a "voted-in" under25 national sports tournament that currently feature soccer/netball as maineventers that have it's grand finale finals hosted on the 16/06 and in conclusion JS operates under the banner of RUGroup doing that to assume responsibility for the administration of the event this autonomy will ensures that we can act in the best interests while upholding the highest standards of fairness, transparency and professionalism, RUG holds exclusive rights to all commercial and audiovisual aspects of all the programmes this includes broadcasting, sponsorship, merchandise and other revenue-generating avenues doing so to enables the event to harness its full potential for revenue generation and reinvest in the continued growth of the event as a whole.

Ticket refund policy
For the regional opening festivals or grand finale tickets ain't no refunds unless we cancel the event on our own accord
Parking
There will be a safe location at an extra fee for parking only for the participating members or their supporting teams.
Participating
We don't have affiliation fees except for the "Pay-for-entry" codes and preliminary round is an strictly online poll whereby top 256 per region will qualify to play an elimination physical play-offs that will take only winners to the grand finale and the matches will be played during Easter holidays with grand finale hosted a prior to the 16/06 whereby the finals will be staged..
Hospitality
The qualify will only cover food, accomodations will be camp base for the surviving teams and grand finale all on us including transport to the hosting location.
Behavior
We will not tolerate any sick behavior from anywhere anytime and from anyone who wants to disrupt the peace of the event.
Launch Or Stop Parties
The official host venue will be updated though the general ticket are under the provincial name available on the same price
