All ticket purchases for Havana are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket, you agree that no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend the event. In the event that Havana is postponed or rescheduled, all tickets will remain valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued. If the event is cancelled entirely due to circumstances within the organiser’s control, ticket holders may be eligible for a refund at the organiser’s discretion. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Limited parking is available at the Havana event venue and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to secure a spot. All vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. The event organisers will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or belongings. No illegal parking, blocking of entrances, or parking in restricted areas will be tolerated. Vehicles parked unlawfully may be clamped or towed at the owner’s expense. Please follow all directions from event staff and security personnel at all times. Designated drop-off and pick-up zones must be used where applicable.

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Havana, you agree to comply with all event rules, venue regulations, and instructions from event staff and security. Entry is at your own risk. The organisers will not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or theft sustained at the event. No illegal substances, weapons, or prohibited items are allowed. Attendees may be searched upon entry. Anyone found in violation will be denied entry or removed without refund. The organisers reserve the right to confiscate any prohibited items and deny entry without refund.

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual at their discretion, including but not limited to persons who are intoxicated, aggressive, non-compliant, or considered a risk to safety or event operations.

Alcohol consumption is permitted; however, it is entirely at the attendee’s own risk. Excessive intoxication or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.
