Ciao Bella is a women-only Italian-inspired picnic created for you and your girls to relax, connect and enjoy la dolce vita.
Spend the afternoon under beautiful striped umbrellas while enjoying Italian-inspired food, refreshing drinks, live saxophone, music and fun social activities throughout the day. Whether you’re joining in on the games, enjoying something delicious, sipping a drink or simply relaxing on your picnic blanket with your girls — the day is yours to enjoy.

Refund policy
Following receipt of your booking cancellation or returned tickets, we will refund you the face value paid for the relevant tickets (or, if a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid), provided that reasonable cancellation charges as determined by the Event Organiser may be charged and deducted from such refund. Unless otherwise stipulated by the Event Organiser and depending on the prevailing circumstances the following cancellation charges may apply: - If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the event a 15% cancellation fee will apply; - If the cancellation occurs less than 30 but more than 7 days prior to the event a 50% cancellation fee will apply; - If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days prior to the event a 100% cancellation fee will apply; - Notwithstanding the aforesaid, if you can provide us with suitable documentary proof that a person in whose name a ticket was booked will not be able to attend the event because of his/her death and/or hospitalisation, no cancellation fee will apply in respect of the cancellation of such person's ticket.
Parking & Disclaimer
Parking is at guests’ own risk. Attendance, participation in activities and personal belongings remain at each guest’s own risk. Please take care of your belongings throughout the event
Gazebo & Structures Policy
Personal gazebos, tents, umbrellas or other structures are not permitted, as shade will be provided throughout the event.
Alcohol & Snacks Policy
Alcohol will be available for purchase at the event. No outside alcohol may be brought onto the premises. Guests are welcome to bring their own snacks and non-alcoholic refreshments.
Food Vendors Policy
We are planning to have four food vendors at the event, with the final vendors and menus to be confirmed closer to the date.
Live Saxophone & Music Policy
The live saxophone performance will only be 1 hour and 30 min - 2 hours long. Music will be played via speakers the rest of the remaining time of the event.
Children Policy
Children are welcome,however, Ciao Bella is primarily designed as an adult social experience and there will be no dedicated children’s entertainment or activities. Children attending the event require a full General Admission ticket.
