By attending this event, you agree to the following terms:

Entry Requirements

1.1. All members of the Zion Christian Church “Zions” must attend in full church uniform as per your branch standard. Non-uniformed attendees may be denied entry.

1.2. No persons under 18 years of age are permitted, unless stated otherwise by the organizers.

Venue Rules – Barberton Prison Farm Hall

2.1. The event is held on an active correctional facility site. All attendees must follow instructions from prison officials, security, and event staff at all times.

2.2. No alcohol, illegal substances, or weapons are permitted.

Tickets & Admission

3.1. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless approved by the organizers.

3.2. Lost or damaged tickets will not be replaced.

3.3. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone without a valid ticket or valid reason.

Conduct

4.1. Attendees must behave respectfully and uphold the dignity of the church and venue.

4.2. Disruptive, abusive, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.

Event Changes

5.1. The organizers reserve the right to change the program, time, or arrangements if necessary.

5.2. In case of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified with refund details.
