Terms and Conditions

I, the undersigned, hereby confirm that I am a participant in an event organized by All Terrain 4x4 cc and the Bottelary Hills Conservancy (“the BHRC”) at the farms of Kaapzicht, Groenland and Goede Hoop. I understand and accept this event is undertaken at my own risk and that it is an adventure activity and accept the risks involved, due to the nature thereof. I hereby indemnify, hold harmless and absolve the Owner/s, Director/s, Management and/or its employees and consultants of All Terrain 4x4, the BHRC and the farms of Kaapzicht, Groenland and Goede Hoop against and from all claims whatsoever that may arise in connection with any accidental loss of, or damage to property of, or personal injury to the participant and/or his/her personal property aforesaid in the course of such an event.
