Refund policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation. If the event is cancelled by the organisers, ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund through the original ticketing platform. In the unlikely event of programme changes or artist substitutions, tickets will remain valid for the event and refunds will not be issued. Tickets may be transferred to another person if the ticket holder is unable to attend.
Parking
The venue's parking policy Parking is available in the surrounding public parking areas near the BAT Centre. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to allow time to find parking. The organisers are not responsible for vehicles or personal belongings left in parked cars.
