Event Terms & Conditions

SEKHUKHUNE CULTURE & HERITAGE EXPERIENCE 2026

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Tickets are valid only for the date and venue stated on the ticket.

All tickets will be scanned at the entrance. Duplicate, altered or fraudulent tickets will not be accepted.

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behaviour is disorderly, violent, intoxicated or poses a risk to other attendees.

No cooler boxes, outside food or beverages will be permitted inside the venue.

Food and beverages will be available for purchase from authorised vendors.

The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the programme, performers or schedule where necessary without prior notice.

Attendees are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. The organiser accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage to personal property.

Attendees participate in all activities at their own risk.

The organiser may postpone or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions or other unforeseen events.

By entering the venue, attendees agree to comply with all venue safety rules and instructions from event officials.

The organiser reserves the right to inspect bags where necessary for safety and security.

Emergency medical services and security personnel will be available on site.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
