for 2nd ALL WHITE SHANDIS

  1. General:

  • By purchasing a ticket and attending the All White Shandis event, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

  • The event is open to individuals aged 18 years and above. Identification may be required at the entrance.

  • The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendees who do not adhere to the event's rules and regulations.

  1. Tickets:

  • Tickets are available for purchase online or at designated ticket outlets.

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced, and no refunds will be issued.

  • Tickets are non-transferable, and any unauthorized resale or transfer is prohibited.

  1. Event Details:

  • The All White Shandis event will take place on 25 December 2023 at Fishpoint Lifestyle in Vleifontein, Limpopo.

  • The event timing, schedule, and lineup are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the event venue.

  1. Prohibited Items and Behavior:

  • The following items are strictly prohibited at the event: weapons, illegal substances, alcohol, outside food and beverages, glass containers, fireworks, laser pointers, drones, and any other items deemed hazardous or disruptive by the organizers.

  • Attendees are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards others. Any aggressive, unruly, or unlawful behavior will result in immediate expulsion from the event.

  1. Security and Liability:

  • The organizers will make reasonable efforts to ensure the safety and security of all attendees. However, they will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the event.

  • Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables. The organizers will not be liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

  1. Photography and Filming:

  • By attending the event, you agree to be photographed or filmed. The organizers may use such media for promotional purposes without obtaining further permission or providing compensation.

  1. Health and Safety:

  • All attendees are advised to follow any health and safety protocols issued by the organizers or local authorities.

  • The organizers reserve the right to conduct security checks, including but not limited to bag checks and metal detector screenings, at the event entrance.

  1. Cancellation or Postponement:

  • In the event of cancellation or postponement, the organizers will make reasonable efforts to inform ticket holders through the contact details provided during the purchase.

  • If the event is canceled, ticket holders will be eligible for a refund, as determined by the organizers.
