Refund policy
Exchanges and upgrades allowed for this event. No downgrades STRICTLY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ALLOWED UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED. IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION, TICKET HOLDERS SHALL RECEIVE FULL PAYOUT LESS COMPUTICKET`S SERVICE CHARGES. SHOULD THE EVENT BE POSTPONED NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
Parking
Strictly adhere to the instructions issued by traffic and parking Marshalls. ONLY park at designated spaces. No illegal parking would be allowed and illegally parked vehicles will be town away.
Rules and Regulations
No legal or illegal weapons allowed. Legal firearms will NOT be allowed onto the premises as we do not have holding facilities. We urge owners to not bring any dangerous weapons to the venue. No illegal drugs and substances will be tolerated. No person under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be allowed access to the premises. Unruly behaviour shall not be tolerated and we urge all persons to strictly obey instructions issued by security, medical and law enforcement staff. No person under the age of 16 will be allowed access to the venue without adult supervision. General Tickets will cost R250 at the gates and R100 for persons aged 6 to 12 years old. We urge everyone to purchase tickets early and avoid higher prices on the day. No pets(dogs) are allowed RIGHT OF ADMISSION STRICTLY RESERVED. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES WILL BE ALLOWED ONTO THE PREMISES. ONLY ALCOHOL PURCHASED ON THE GROUNDS WILL BE ALLOWED. NO PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 18 WILL BE SERVED ANY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND POSITIVE IDENTIFICATION MAY BE REQUIRED. No refunds on tickets sold. Only purchase tickets from authorised outlets, including Shoprite, Checkers and Computicket. No child should be left unattended.
