DStv Kyknet MITCHELL'S PLAIN Festival (SATURDAY)

Three days of non-stop family entertainment, more than one hundred food, fashion, gadgets, fun, toys and other exciting stalls.  Massive military displays, exhibitions and recruitment drives.  More than fifty local artists, dj’s and entertainers.  Catch your favourite radio station, Heart FM broadcasting live from he festival throughout the weekend.  

Catch the biggest and most electrifying teens party, “Teen Dream” on Friday 2nd December between 18h00 and 23h00.  Ten of Cape Town’s most happening dj’s, a massive, sub-bionic sound system and dazzling lighting.  Teens from all over Cape Town are expected to converge at this exciting event.  Heart FM will broadcast live from the event to its hundreds of thousands of listeners.

On Saturday 3rd December, thousands of people are expected to converge at the Westridge `gardens for the biggest annual celebration on the Cape Flats.  More than twenty local artists, ten local dj’s and many other entertainers will strut their stuff and showcase their raw and natural talents.  Catch the military displays and exhibitions, drill marches and other exciting military contributions.  

On Sunday 4th December, we expect thousands of matured festival goers to rock up and enjoy the laidback music on offer performed by some of Cape Town’s most popular live bands.  Bring your camping chairs and enjoy the music and stand a chance of winnings one of the great spot prizes on offer, including hotel breaks, meal vouchers and other exciting gifts and prizes.
